Delivery and Shipping
All orders are shipped using Australia Post or Fastway Couriers. Standard delivery begins at $4.95 for packages under 500g, or FREE for orders over $75 (Australia only). Express post next day delivery can be organised and will incur additional charges, depending on the total weight of the order.
Delivery - Same Day Dispatch Cut Off Time
^^ Orders made before 10.30AM will be dispatched same day (business days only, not weekends or public holidays), however some exceptions apply. We regret that we are unable to ship same day if the order was made after the cut off time. See our Delivery Policy for estimated delivery timeframes to your location and to learn more.
Orders made before 10.30am will be dispatched same day (business days only, not weekends or public holidays). Otherwise most orders are processed and dispatched from Milton next business day after the order being placed. Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days; public holidays are excluded.
Standard Delivery Times: our estimated standard delivery times from when an order is placed are below. Please note, the following information is indicative only - delivery times may vary due to high volumes.
- For metro Sydney and Canberra you should receive your order within 1-2 business from when your order is placed.
- For metro Melbourne and Adelaide 2-5 business days
- For regional NSW 2-4 business days
- For metro Brisbane and Tasmania 3-5 business days
- For metro Perth you should receive your order within 4-6 business days
- For regional areas outside NSW please allow 4-6 business days (the orders are shipped from Regional NSW so allow more time if you’re in WA, NT, or far North Queensland.
- For New Zealand 6-8 business days.
Express Post: For urgent orders, please email us after your order is complete. We will calculate extra costs for Express shipping and send a second invoice for the cost (usually a few dollars more).
Where do we Deliver?
Hello Cello offers shipping to Australian and New Zealand addresses.
Delivery is a door to door service. We can deliver to residential addresses, business addresses and PO boxes. When shipping to a business address please ensure that you specify the business name. If you are not present when delivery takes place a postal card will be left with instructions for re-delivery or pickup at a later time if left at a local Fastway Parcel Collect agent (or the Post Office if the parcel was sent via Australia Post). Please note, parcels sent via Fastway cannot be left at the Post Office. You can leave instruction to leave your parcel in a safe place (in the comments box in the cart) however please note by doing you take responsibility should the order go missing after it is delivered.
